[SNOW] Alliance looking for new guilds

The [SNOW] Alliance are looking for new guilds to have fun with us.

Our criteria:

Your guild must be active = 20 or more players online daily

You must show respect to other guilds - we are a pve based alliance that means we are not all good at pvp but we like to do it now and again - we are good at missions and farming.

You must show respect to each other in alliance chat - no swearing or conversations of a sexual nature - what you do in guild chat is up to you.

What we will do for you:

We will provide support when we can (we can't be everywhere at once)

We will promote your guild within the SNOW alliance - both in game and outside of the game - we are mentioned online in some of the most unlikely of places and the SNOW waiting list is your waiting list.

We will help you recruit new players

We will provide a vent server for occasional use during pvp or hard pve groups

What we don't do:

We will not give you stuff for free just because you ask for it but on occasion we are generous - so don't beg

Although we love doing alliance battle - we don't faction farm for towns - we did it once, owned Shivros as part of an alliance and it is a waste of time and not fun - faction is not a criteria for our alliance - fun, activity, and respect are our 3 criterias

We won't be there to help you 100% of the time - we will be there to help you about 20% of the time. Doing stuff with strangers is one of the best ways of recruiting new members - so try it twice with strangers, once with hench, and then reach for the ask for help button.

Our rules are relaxed - if you do something wrong we will ask you not to do it again - do it again and you will be kicked. All we ask for is respect, activity and fun. You get out of the alliance as much as you put in - so be active in chat - there are times when nobody is actually there (afk or offline) so don't be upset if you get no reply.

We have a core group of good guilds in the alliance and we would love to add to those core guilds so that we are an alliance full of them.

ps our recruitment rate is pretty awesome - so although there are times when alliance guilds decide to leave in order to pursue other interests or form new alliances with each other - we are usually close to full within a couple of days.
