Store Problem: WAY overcharged for extra slots (and I didnt get them)

wow! glad I found this. Guess I wont be purchasing anything form the store. Was concidering something to get the gwen quests, but not anymore. Sorry this happened to you folks, and thanks for the info.

Buddy, NCSoft is the ONLY gaming company that DOES NOT have a support phone number. Don't even bother searching for one, when there is none to be found. And about your problem, it is actually common, and NOW they are trying to encourage us to use the BUGGED and INSECURE Online Store to purchase 30 bucks just to get a mission pack...HOW SAD!!!
I wish the bests of luck for your situation, and hope you get your money back, FOCUS on the money first, then worry about getting slots.
PS: Seems the problem was indeed solved, the initial one, but the new problems still remains.
