Looks solid for a lvl 10, but I think it could be tweaked up a little. I'd drop the pet and put in a more useful skill. A 2 in Beast Mastery and no attack skills means it won't do much. Some energy management, like [skill]Boon Of Creation[/skill] would be helpful, since you have several spirits. Finally, Splinter Weapon seems kind of tacked on. You have spirits and spells revolving around them, and then one weapon skill thrown in. You could easily replace it with another spirit like [skill]Bloodsong[/skill] or [skill]Painful Bond[/skill]. I believe both of those can be bought early in Factions, which at level 10, you probably still are at.
