Tips for Masters HM Hench-Only Aspenwood/Eternal Grove

Does anyone have tips, hints, or builds to use for a henchmen/and/hero one person masters Aspenwood and/or Eternal Grove completion?

These are my last two for the guardian title of cantha, and so far heroes and hench have failed me where they didn't before. People have claimed these two missions are doable, solo, heroes/hench only, so where's the proof? Someone out there, give me a hand and a hint. PUGs are impossible for this and the guild/alliance are pretty inactive or not interested in helping. The heroes and hench are willing and always have been. Help me figure out how to make them work for these.

Aspenwood isnt a mission its a PvP Arena. Do u mean Gyala Hatcheries or maybe Arborstone?
