How do you submit an abuse report when you already have e-mail in their database?

Yeah i'm trying to submit an abuse report about this guy posting his site offering gold and giveaways in random arenas, but the stupid NCSoft site keeps asking me for my e-mail address after I put in my info and it keeps saying it's already on database. I tried putting none for both accounts and putting what I assume my account name is.

Fill in all drop down menu's and explain what (the violation), where (town/outpost what ever and what district), when (time and what time zone you're in), the violaters name and your characters name. Attach screen shot for proof.

I did that but it keeps asking me to sign up for an account afterwards, did I put in my account wrong or something? Is the account your email or log in?

You probably sent your report, it defaults back to that screen after.

I think you can also just email a name to [email protected]

That's just for inappropriate names. It seems like there was some kind of glitch with my e-mail address. It says I don't have a valid ID there for the support section, but the account section is fine. I tried making a new account for the support with my e-mail but it said that e-mail was already in the database. I'm going to try a friend's email. Thanks for the replies.
