PC on req8 bow

I have seen a lot of people saying Perfect req 9... yatta yatta yatta

but not many people saying Perfect req 8... so Im thinking this has some value to it even though the skin is a normal shortbow skin.

but hey gold 15^50 max...

I don't think that you'll be able to make much on this. even thought it's perf req 8, it's very unwanted skin.
it's like you're comparing r8 fellblade and r8 short sword. Both are perf, but 1 is wanted, the other isn't
