axe - 10-15k
Stone Crusher - merch or sell few k
Dead Bow - salvage vamp string than merch
edit: -5 is bad for rangers but expertise doesnt make it as bad

mursaat - 50-60kish, -5energy is bad for rangers
axe - may want to salvage, or keep it if you modded yourself. worth ~20k as is
stone crusher - ~5k, keep, or merch
dead bow - salvage the 5/1 vamp
