Advice much needed

Ok, simply put I'm an uber noob. I just got a permanant internet connection on my comp and I impulsivly decided to grab a pop. online game that was free, so I picked up guildwars. So far the game is great and I'm getting the hang of it, but now I'm at the point where I want to interact with others but I have no clue what they are saying or talking about half the time. Is there some sort of manual for this game made by players for players and is there a terminoligy refernce for this game, admitingly I've learned a few phrases, but I feel so lot when I'm playing, some1 plz help!

There are two wikis available.

The new one was created due to licensing problems concerning the move to ArenaNet servers. The official is also available in-game by typing /wiki in the Chat (It opens in a separate window.).

Well he did say he was an uber noob and just started playing GW...so one would assume that he is/was new to forums...not much of a stretch there.

Anyway welcome to GW...hit Wiki or search these forums...you'll find a lot of answers and people that are willing to help.

Then shouldn't he have read the posting rules?.. O_o
