Downloading Content -.-

Well after reinstalling the game every time I load a map or warp to another zone the game downloads content for ages,I mean like 2000files and every time I enter a mission I have to w8 for 5 minutes or so untill the game finishes downloading the files.I know that should occur after reinstall but I remember a way of downloading all the content in one go.Something including making a shortcut to the GW exe file and changing it in a way that if you use it the shortcut downloads all the content in one go rather than every time you try to play.If anyone knows what I mean plz remind me how to do it.
