Best offer sale: weapons, mods and shields

Too much stuff taking up room and I dont really care about pricelist prices. I'd rather this stuff get into the hands of people that want it/ need it for a decent price then try to stick to the pricelist stats. Make an offer and if it's within reason then ill sell it to you, probably if it's not within reason too.
