WoW your level 10 assuming.
1. You completed all of Istan.
2. Adventured from Lions Arch to Amon Oasis
3. Did all 3 trials while adventuring through the Desert.
....
Try playing the game first outside of that...
You might try just using Scythe skills that cause blindness as the doppleganger does not have a scythe. Take no self heals and just whack away. The skills and build I used you can't get until you are in the Realm of Torment.
Just for the record I used Ebon Dust Aura

Just for the record I used Ebon Dust Aura
Well I just just took my Lvl 20 Derv through as D/W - equipped Earth Scythe, Ebon Dust Aura and Frenzy. Couple of other skills that I did not need.
Pre cast Dust Aura before I went in, charged in and he'd gone down before I realised < 10secs.

one simple thing that lets u do it with every profession, lol

take a bunch of sacraficial skill that will have no benefit and let him kill himself
he will kill himself

he doesnt actually sac all his health, but will sac as much as possible.

make sure it is on 'blind' most of the time. just let it attack you..heal when your not on backfire and when necessary.... shouldnt take long to kill itself....

Me I did only take Dervish attack/schyte/mele skillz then charged him and dropped him at the first try. No speciall armor or runes
Tips for this prob is starting out with a stronger attack like Chilling victory then mystic sweep etc pref don't take any HP giving attacks.
No enchantments, healing just a blade, 7 attack skills, and a heart of murrdering lust.
