Grotto question

Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked or it seems like a silly question. I've finally got my items and money for making my 15k aeromancer armor. I would like to know where is the best place to get a run to the Grotto? I have tried to run it myself. I got to iron mines and tried from there. I havent done those missions just yet. Anyways, if anyone has an info that could help me, then I'd be grateful. Thanks for your input if you can provide anything helpful.

You are getting owned because your armor isn't infused and the mursatt have that spectral agnoy skill that kills you almost instantly if you aren't.

If you do the missions in the Shiverpeaks, you'll find getting their yourself will be much easier. But, runners do exist.

You will find runners at Camp Rankor usually. They offer runs to all S. Shiverpeaks. Price is usually 2k per outpost.

Thunderhead Keep is the closest place to the Grotto. The Iron Mines mission is where you get armor infused. Completing that mission will get you to Thunderhead Keep. You should be able to find a runner there.

the usual SS run is
rankor -> War camp -> copper - > Iron -> THK -> Grotto

should be able to join a run from any of those outpoosts

in my experience as a runner your best bets for hooking up on a grotto run are asking in Beacon's Perch, Droks or Camp Rankor.

you may be lucky to catch a run at one of these places, however if you cant find one wisp me in game and i'll sort you out if i have time xD

off topic but am i the only one that cant help but wonder when they're gonna make the droks run hard again, i mean thought Anet hated that run? perhaps this "big expected mid-june update" will do summat. normal mode makes it a joke, aggro is so easy to shake anyone can run it.
