And even then, this doesn't even look like a dagger chain to me, you basically have a Lead Attack, Hex, Hex-dependent Off-Hand, Dual Attack, Offensive Signet, THEN an Off-Hand Attack which must follow a lead attack... I suppose you're going to use Jagged Strike once more then...
Then you tossed in Dash, likely to make up for the lack of a snare or shadow step.
Only good thing I can say about this, is the fact that you didn't forget your res sig ^^

You do seem to like Jagged Strike, Fox Fangs and Nine Tail Strike though, maybe try making a build around each skill separately, together they'll hardly make a good chain, imo, especially since it doesn't have any Deep Wound.

yeah generally in pvp if you want a good solid build it usually starts out as an idea. maybe you want to use an unpopular skill and make it useful to the clever such as the duo-combo I like [skill]auspicious incantation[/skill] with [skill]ether prism[/skill] in which you only need 30 energy to recharge your entire bar, instead of 50. even better is replacing incantation with [skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill] to have more stats in places you need it. not as much energy but a little bit more offensive and can be pure ele.

since you like jagged combo and (I assume) you seem to only have factions try and build up on it. such as jagged, wild, horns, falling, blades to name one. sic attack skills but can really put the pain on, especially with seeping wound. if you want to keep flashing blades then no big deal the combo still works. to upkeep the stance upgrade to at least 15 dagger and have zealous daggers, since the stance only works if you are attacking so why not gain energy as well? for a shadow step you can use deaths charge if you like or you can use dash and siphon speed to close in for the kill.

if you want to use siphon speed I suggest you exploit it as well. such as this combo.

Black mantis thrust
Jungle Strike
Horns Of The Ox
Falling Spider
Twisting fangs
Dash
(optional/res)

Not many skills to save yourself but can unload a hefty amount of damage and can recharge while your opponent tries to limp away.

...or you could just tell him what's wrong with his build, and tell him how to improve it. He's asking for thoughts about the build, mind you, not what stupid conclusions you make out of his willingness to make a few builds.
