Where is the Access key on Factions?

I recently bought Factions, and it said online that I need an access key to play it with Prophecies (Which I also have) I have an account for Prophecies already...so what do I do?

Edit: I bought Factions at Gamestop.

There will be a small white booklet with the word "Access Codes" on it. Open that booklet up and the key will be in there. (Sealed up booklet)
Next, use the key management in the game to add the access key to your existing account.

I can't find the access key book

I believe it is in the trial codes then. You should see one code that doesn't have the 14days/10hours craps.

the only codes there are for Lineage 2, CoV, Auto Assault, and CoH

I've never had the main code in a booklet - those are always bonus codes.

The main access key is on a credit card type thing. You scratch a panel off the back and the code is underneath.

That was the case with UK versions of Prophecies CE, Factions CE, Nightfall CE and Nightfall Standard - so I assume it's how they're all released.

Edit - oops Prophecies was a scratch panel on the back of the disc case. The others were cards, though.

The plastics card access key is for Europe version only. His is the amercian Version though.

If it's not there, take it back to Gamestop and tell them. Someone may have opened the box and taken the key (I've had this happen before).

will they give me another access key? or will they think I'm trying to scam them? Because when I got the box, it seemed like it was already open, and the front cover was little bit cracked....
