Caster Weapon Issues - universal staves/wands

According to wiki: "Universal staves have been observed linked to all caster attributes except for Healing Prayers, Protection Prayers, Soul Reaping, Fast Casting or Inspiration Magic." This is not entirely true, because I have seen soul reaping, fast casting zodiac staves dropping from Kanaxai's chest ..
..but still basicly, if u wanna get a healing or prot req. weapon, your skin options are limited like hell. For example if u want a protection req. staff with the possibility of using inscriptions on it, you have 2 options (yes two)!!!!
A protective staff (it's ugly :S), or a tormented protection staff. (for those who are asking, why we can't use divine req. 20/20 staff, the problem with that you can't use Adept Staff Head if the main attribute is divine favor)
I think what happened in this case was, anet just didnt modify the req. variety after nf got released. They added adept staff head(and req. based inscriptions) that time & they just didn't think of the fact it's not complatible with any old school q9 divine 20/20 prot nor healing staff.
(this goes for wands as well & maybe for other caster attributes too, like fire magic, but not sure about those ...)
What I suggest is extremly simple. Anet should just extend the attribute options for the so called "universal staves & wands" like zodiac staff, dead staff, boo staff, lotus Staff, holy Staff, celestial staff etc. Imo it would very very easy to implement & that would also take care with an other issue (at least a lil bit), which = pvp reward caster weapons are available with every skin for every attribue (like canthan fire staff with healing req., or maybe a holy vial with fire stats ), how unfair that is to pve players or just for ppl, which w'd like to use pve characters in pvp. There is an other option also, they could add an npc, which could change the base req of ur caster weapons or either shields maybe, like req8 fire magic => req8 divine = 50k and req13 x = > req13y = 500 gold, or just something simillar.
So what I thought was u guys could like spam "/signed" here & even Gaile Gray could notice it then

The inscribable caster drops from the factions elite mission end chests are almost ( if not ) all primary attribute requirements. With the current inscriptions being in relation to the requirement of the weapon this makes these weapons more or less a joke. No cool zodiac inscibable fire staff/wand, no inscribable healing/prot stuff, just energy storage or divine favour reqs for example.
Seriously this needs some attention, at the moment the only real decent drops are the warrior and ranger end chest drops. sucks big time

It's crap that you can't get a good range of healing prayers staffs, I always end up using divine favour weaps... My prot/heal hero only has 6 devine...

You can't get a good range of caster anything without blood, sweat, and a lot of friggin' tears. Thanks to all crazy poor mods you get on staves, wands, focii drops. It's somewhat better for staves these days thanks to the standardisation of 20/20 recharge, but in all honesty caster weapons suck. Especially wands. The only thing that saves this is the inscription system. Shame the drops from the previous 2 games are still malign.
Also +30 hp is much better than 20/20 fast cast or recharge and +5 energy all the time as opposed to when your not nearly dead is just a poke in the eye.
Caster swords/axes/spears from now on.
Also, what's with the missing mods? Where is the heavy mod for swords? Where is the silencing mod for swords, axes and hammers? Is this a balance issue or just an oversight?

Atm there are only 3 possible healing prayer offhands wich are inscriptable(Straw Effigy/Blessed Chalice and Tormented Focus) and this goes for a lot of items.

I VOTE NPC. HOW many times have I had a monk staff with AMAZING mods drop... and have no monk. Or, funnier, I got a shield to drop at one point that was req sommat strength and had an inscrip of +1 Divine Favor. O.o

I would agree with the NPC changer as long as its somehow expensive (5k+materials) and only changed req for items that can be found with all those req (a fire stave would be always fire, but a Crow stave could e found in all of them, and some shields are tactics/strenght only, and others are command/motivation). Weapon NPCs should do the trick, they could do something else rather than just customize, those lazy bums...
I would also like the fixed 20% recharge time to be always max, like the 10% penetration in hornbows bows, a fixed innate property in staves, I mean.
