Mursaat in Fort Ranik mission???

I was going thru the Fort Ranik mission this morning and I stopped and looked at those fire effergies that the charr make, and they looked like mursaat(or atleast flaming stick men mursaat). Ok, so I'm confused here now. I thought the charr believed in the titans as their gods, so why are they making effergies of the mursaat? Anyone have any ideas, or maybe i was just seeing things. Its possible the Charr saw something of the Mursaat believing them to have some role with the Titans (Mursaat fear the Titans due to them being fortold to end the Mursaat race)

Or it could resemble the Lich,him being the Flameseeker fortold to command those paticular Titans that appear on Tyria.

To me they always looked like Titan effigies, which makes sense lore-wise...

The Charr worshipped the Titans and built Flaming Effigies in their likeness. That's what you are seeing.

The ones i think ehs refering to is the ones that look like they have Mursaat Wings its been said by some that these ones are infact based upon Sparks with their little wings.

He is not talking about the Titan Effigy. He is (if i'm understanding correctly) talking about the second effigys found in a few places (Fort Ranik i believe has one and the other side of the Breach)

They resemble something with wings.
