I had loads of fun, hit people with all the kewl types of snowballs (ewww, yellow snow) and got way too drunk on different eggnogs... (how come my screen is winking at me...)
Then, I discovered how to POKE people with my Wintersday gift from Grenth... Bowing to them while wearing the horns....

Lots of fun.
1) Loved the Snowball Fight - I became absolutely addicted to this.
2) Love the Candy Canes - hopefully they continue to remove DP. Hated the Gargoyle farming, but in the end even that became fun after a while.
3) The Spiked Eggnog rocks. Eggnog sucks, along with the snowman summoners.
4) Love the Candy Cane Weapons and the Peppermint Shield. The quests were a little quick once people figured out how to do them, so that was a bit disappointing (especially since they were supposed to be "long").
5) Love the Icy Dragon Sword. I have an absolutely blast soloing this with my W/Mo. I actually used to solo this a month or two ago trying to find "another way" to Thunderhead Keep...mostly for exploring though. Thanks for opening up this secluded and beautiful part of the map. I hate that they are still available, but I understand the decision.

Thanks for another beautiful holiday event! The effort put into the quests and graphics was readily apparent and I had a ton of fun weaseling away from my family for a few minutes here and there to get antlers and hats for some of my toons.

Great job arena net! Wintersday was lots of fun. The snowball fights were great. I loved the way the major cities were decorated (Ascalon with snow was great). The quests were fun and the wintersday gifts were great. I had a great time.

I LOVED winterdays. Honestly not getting a santa hat or antlers did not bug me at all. I enjoyed everything from good old ascalong city =). And it was so nice to see snow in the game, because i had a really lame christmas weather-wise. (I live in chicago and it rained christmas eve..wtf?) I honestly cannot wait until next year. Great Job. Keep up the awesome work.

I had a jolly time tossing snowballs at folks, eating. . .er, fighting, with my candy cane weapons, shields, and foci, and an especially good time watching the fireworks. I was not around for the betas, and so missed out on the fireworks then, so these were a nice treat. Compared to what blizzard did in WoW, I have to wonder why I am not paying ANet 15$ a month, because the folks working on guild wars seem to put in a heck of a lot more effort.

Absoloutly fantastic update, had a great time just sitting looking at the snow sometimes. Got loads of items for nostalgic purposes. Only bad thing is I'm running out of space

great update yes but i do think they should of held wintersday on new years day, not new years eve.
as alot of people was out on new years eve and did not have the chance to collect the santa hats or the antlers.that was my only dissapointment with it.

Alright! A clean thread! I'm really gonna miss standing around trying to get to the presents before the Grentches do. LOL I just couldn't stop it! Thank the Gods it's over tho, if I had to farm for one more Candy Cane.... oh, wait! It's still going on!
