PC on Mursaat Hammer

Seeing the guy post his 'firey mursaat hammer of warding' and the stats not -much- better then mine (although they are better), I was wondering if mine is worth anything since his was.

Item is as follows:

Mursaat Hammer
Blunt Damage 18 - 33
Damage +12% (while enchanted)

I'm afraid your hammer isn't even max making it virtually unsellable. Just merch it.
