Zodiac Shield of Endurance

Could someone help me with a price on this? I have been offered 20pp, but see that similar shields go for much more. Even the guy offering said that 20pp may not be enough.

At any rate, the Stats are:
AL16 Strength ^9
+43 (stance)
Inscribable: "Measure for Measure"

I have searched for, and found, similar shields, except for the inscription. Is it worth putting a better inscription on it?

I guess you can put an inscription on it to make it more attractive but not something too expensive and don't replace the health mod. I'd say it's worth around 60-70k.

the mods doesnt improve the price (as long u dont buy it just for the mods, but then we're talking 15k) If u put perfect mods on it ? maybe u get 100k instead of 70k as jason were talkibg about. But think, then u have spent 30k on doing it perfect. wich mean its a waste of time.
