-need 1 +30 hp shield handle
-req 8 tactics shield, inscriptable, don't care about rarity, skin, or current mods

Wands:
-1 Sieze the Day (+15/-1) inscription

Swords:
-1 +30 hp mod

Tomes:
-3 regular monk tomes
