I could not find any builds related to this, but I think it might be worth a shot.
In HM I find Empathy and Backfire to be really strong. Sapphire Djinn will kill themselves within seconds of casting enchants through Backfire, and Empathy dispatches quickly as well. In addition to those two skills, I have been trying Echo/Arcane Echo/LB Gaze in the Realm of Torment to decent effect. I am looking for suggestions to maximize output, I have tried Serpent's Quickness, but for the whole build to be effective, I can't put too many attribute points towards it. This build hits the Margonite backline pretty well, damage is ok, with three LB Gaze going out every 5 seconds for maybe 10 casts or so. More than anything else, the interrupt is the best part. Here is a build I have been trying:

Arcane Echo
Lightbringer's Gaze
Serpent's Quickness
Backfire
Empathy
Ele/Physical Resistance/Energy Tap/Ether Feast
Res Sig
LB Gaze Spam
P A L P H R A M O N D

My only thought (other than the fact that you should be leaving AOE damage to the eles instead of using 3 slots, including your elite, for a gimmick combo) is that you're going to need some energy management other than Energy Tap.
Also, I believe there was a way to have QZ keep serpent's quickness up constantly past a certain breakpoint in wilderness survival. You could put QZ on a hero for that purpose.

You probaly don't want to spam lb gaze to much IMO, you could end up lowering to much life and having multiple torment creatures using call to torment.
Same reason why MM and most forms of AOE dmg builds work counter productive vs those creatures.
I'd advice if you are going standard curse using hex that you use [skill]shatter delusions[/skill] for killing these bastards of. 140 dmg with 1/4th sec cast is good to end a toments life while he is using call to torment
