gold, req 9, max damage +5 energy sephis axe

other mods are cold damage and axe+1 14%

I can fix the mods, so how much would just a +5 energy max req sephis axe be worth? what mods would increase its value the most

(massfarmed, in a week u can see their prices change. So sell it fast..)
mods does not increase the value of a weapon. might just make it easier to sell
