Quick Alliance Question!

I just have a quick ally question:

If youre leader ally, is it possible to designate a different guild in your alliance as leader? If so, how?

So far the only way we could figure is kicking everyone, then having that guild[ who was chosen to be leader] reinvite everyone back into the alliance. Is there an easier way?

You can't designate another guild as leader. You'll have to disband it and recreate under new leader.
