A/R Forge Runner(Best Run Build Ever If YA HELP!)

I am normally a Kurzick FFF Runner as A/R, but yesterday I thought I can just modify the build so can put 2 survival skill when SF(Shadow Form) is off for 5 second.(SF+Deadly Paradox). I replaced 2 shadow step skills with feigned neutrality and heart of shadows. So my build was:
Shadow Form: 12+3+1
Wilderness Survival:12
Deadly Arts:3

Skills:
SF-DP-Dash-Natural Stiride-Dodge-Zozun Haste-Feigned Neutrality-Heart Of Shadows

Runes:
1 sup Vigor
1 Sup Sshadow Arts
3 Atunement Rrunes.
Radiant Armor

Weapons:
1.A Hale Staff of Enchanting
2(one handed weapon) of Enchanting and -50 grim cesta from Cities Of Ascalon Quest

This is how you should make the run:
Deadly Paradox(DP now on)+SF(Shadow Form will call it SF)when SFf is about to finish change to cesta and when it finish you will swap to your staf to get instant 80hp heal and press Feigned Neutrality AFTER Heart of Shadows(if you cast Heart of Shadow after Feigned Neurtalite it would cancel it.) This part you should be able to press the buttons on your keyboard to fasten this time because you need to get healed after having 50 hp)dont think you would be dead, if you do this right youll have %100 percent of survival. I tried with ice imps,summits,golems without running and standing survived 5 minutes then bored ) The run chain gotta be: Ddash- Natural Stiride-Dash-Dodge-Dash-Natural Stiride-Dash-Zozun Haste-Dash-Natural Stiride...

The run was really really %100 succes rate...till Grawl Crone They hade chilblain which SF cant block it and it would allways striped off 1 enchantment. After few more test I realized they only remove 1 enchatment so before engaging them I used natural stiride heart of shadows feigned neutrality. If there were 2 or less crones they couldnt have touched sf but when there were 3 of them I was dead )

PLEASE TOGETHER LETS FIND A WAY TO SURVIVE LORNAK PASS AND BE ABLE TO DO A FORGE RUN!

They actually knock you down but thats not big problem since you dont take damage and after you knocked down you can hit dash and dont face it again. If sh is off heart of shadows will heal you for 150 and feigned neutrality will take care of the damage anyway.

There's far more KD once you leave lornar's. You'd be better off with a/d (ideal) or a/w (works).

Chilblains isn't an issue unless you get rubber banding, just run straight past clones with any IMS and they'll use chilblains too late to take off SF.

need knockdown protection. /D offers that and mystic regen, and a few speed boosts if you need them.
