I have not played my PvP E/Mo Smiter in a long time. I went to random arena today to check it out and I can see they nurfed Ether Renewal and it apears in general the E/Mo smite build is worthless.

Am I wrong? Is there any way to smite with ele anymore?

If you want to smite, go with monk primary... a lot better nowadays.
