I'd salvage for mods, skin is somewhat common & dmg mod isn't wanted for assassins.

This skin can still be valuable to the right buyers, I still get decent amounts for the ones I sell, but the damage mods kills yours. Salvage off the mods like jackie said.

are you serious? thats crazy... that dmg mod isnt the best but i would think it wouldnt matter for an assassin they have an insignia that would counter that -10 armor so it would be like a 15% always without any loss

Its a common skin and has a poor damage mod, therefore making it hard to sell. Much easier and quicker to salvage the mods as has been suggested.
