That offers good rates on domain, website, forum, webserver space ofcourse and some kind of voice chat. either vent or teamspeak.

I use Lunar Pages for my domain/web space/site/forum - but have no host for TS or Vent

www.clansitemanager.com is a good site if you want and example of what they can look like you can check out my site http://kontractkillerz.csmsites.com and it has chat room forums and all that stuff as for vent or ts you can get a front page java script for that pretty easily.
