i made it to bejunkin peir to do the sunspear quest and i cant find komir...is ther something i need to do in order for her to appear?

Requirements :

Have a Factions and Nightfall product key linked to the same account
Must not have obtained the Sunspears in Kryta quest
Non-Elonan born character

so if you have already been in Elona or when you're missing the nightfall campaign, you cannot do this quest.

make sure you actually have the quest active when you go out into bejunkan pier

2 different accounts is going to mess you up. You're supposed to attach the key to an existing account in order for characters to travel from one game to another. If you only just got the new game, I suggest that you contact ANet support (support.guildwars.com), explain that you made a mistake when you created the new account and can they possibly help you. If you only recently made the new account, they might be able to assist you. One more thing, when you send contact them, be polite, don't be demanding (many people are), it just makes a support person want to say screw you.

ok so could i delete my nightfall account and make a new one so it connects to my other account?

no, you need to contact a-net and ask very nicely for them to be merged. they usually do, even though its pretty clear that you need to merge them upon creation.

how soon do they reply, i sent them a message. so if they cant merge them is there any other way i can put them together?

Its patience, if you mess up and make a mistake, its your fault, so its only fair that you wait. Give them a few days. Sacrafice that and then you'll have 2 merged accounts.
