Mo/P - Party Support
Insanctified
Hello everyone. I'm new to making healing builds, so please, if you're going to criticize, please do it in a respectful manner.
This build was designed to utilize the new Sunspear Skill from the Paragons - "There's Nothing to Fear!" and Leader's Zeal as an energy management.

Any gear is fine, I personally use radiant insignias & max AL'd Sunspear Armor & Hahan's Oath. Any Healing Staff is fine (IE: Scareater).

Light of Deliverance - 5 Energy/1 Second Cast/5 Second Recharge- ELITE - All party members under 80% Health are healed for 85 health.
Words of Comfort- 5 Energy/1 Second Cast/4 Second Recharge - Target ally is healed for 63 health and an additional 47 health if that ally is suffering from a condition.
Ethereal Light - 5 Energy/1 Second Cast/5 Second Recharge - Target ally is healed for 105. This Spell is easily interrupted.
Signet of Rejuvenation - 1 Second Cast/8 Second Recharge - Heal target other ally for 79. If target ally is casting a spell or attacking, that ally is healed for an additional 79 Health.
Smite Hex - 5 Energy/1 Second Cast/12 Second Recharge - Remove a Hex from target ally. If a Hex is removed, foes in area suffer 25 damage.
Leader's Zeal - 5 Energy/12 Second Recharge - For each nearby ally, you gain 2 Energy (Maximum 10 Energy).
"There's Nothing to Fear!" - 15 Energy/10 Second Recharge - For 10 seconds , all allies withing earshot take 27% less damage. Affected allies are healed for 44 Health when this Shout ends. (Please note, I only have R6 Sunspear Title, it DOES increase every title rank.)
Rebirth - 10 Energy/5 Second Recharge - Resurrect target party member. Target party member is returned to life with 25% Health and zero Energy, and is teleported to your current location. All of target's skills are disabled for 10 seconds. This Spell consumes all of your remaining Energy.

General Basis
This build was designed to utilize the Support skills of the Paragon, and the healing skills & bonuses of a Monk to utilize a Party Support build. "There's Nothing to Fear!" is to be used like a 10 Second "Super" Protective Spirit to provide minimal damage to your party (in ear-shot) and to use LoD to maintain the parties health above 50%. Ethereal Light is your "spike heal" for a massive heal of 105 Health with bonuses of Divine Favor. Words of Comfort is your self-heal & condition heal on others. It also serves as a "free heal" to those that are singled out and you don't feel like wasting LoD or Ethereal Light on. Signet of Rejuvenation is also used like Words of Comfort, but used on more of an Ethereal Light level. We use this skill on those who are taking damage on the front-lines mainly, or when Ethereal Light is interrupted, or if you feel like healing yourself for a good bit Leader's Zeal is your energy-management, since you'll be amidst a party of usually 4+, the energy gain is quite nice, ranging from 8 - 10 for a 5 Energy skill. Of course, better options our out there for Energy Management, but I made this build STRICTLY for non-direct support, and for a different build for Monks to use. I've been using this build since the Sunspear Skills came out, and so far, I'm pleased with it, it's ran well with Heroes & Henchies throughout Nightfallen Jahai, all Gate Missions & end-parts of Cantha + Tyria. I hope you enjoy this Monk build as much as I do, because I'm tired of the same-old-same-old XD

An abomination. This is the worst thing that ever happened to paragons.
But yeah, its awesome.

Dead serious. I'm using it as a sunspear 10, and it's less like Prot Spirit and more like Stoneflesh Aura for the whole party.
Insanctified
Wow, really? I'm only R6 and I thought it was already a kickass damage reduction. Never thought it would compare to Stoneflesh at later levels O_O

Twinsoul
It's 35% at r10. Combined with a high level "They're On Fire!", that's more than 70% damage reduction. 5 SF eles, 1 paragon, and 2 monks is the future of PvE. Moreso than it already was.

Hmm...perhaps a new way around the armor cap...... I'll be posting a ZB Prot variant in a few.

I like the idea, but you skill choice is a little off.
switch words of comfort for a condition removal, you dont need any points in prot to make it useful.
I would switch Ethereal Light to Orison of Healing, the easily interruptible part isnt to bad with holy haste, but at 1s its bound to get interrupted when you need it.
smite hex to holy veil, lower cost faster recharge, and smite's damage is meh
I would probably use signet of devotion over signet of rejuvenation, but thats me

I would probably use signet of devotion over signet of rejuvenation, but thats me I kept Ethereal for more of a "big" healer, that is cheap. Interrupted never bothered me in Nightfallen Jahai HM or Gate of Madness. I never got hit as often >.> Smite Hex & Holy Veil have the same recharge and cast time, and Holy Veil is a enchant, and can lead to more damage on the person you're trying to dehex by Shatter Enchantment or others like that, though I can see that as being a plausible variant into the build. Signet of Devotion is a 2 Second Cast time, and doesn't dish out as much damage as Signet of Rejuvenation, otherwise I would, but I prefer Signet of Rejuvenation for being nearly an instant cast with only a 3 second more of a recharge.

"There's Nothing to Fear" will REALLY make a monk bar energy heavy if you want to use it to it's full potential. A Paragon primary is really the best way to run this skill with the exception of maybe a necro since a Paragon can gain some energy back from using a shout. A monk will either be forced to restrict their use of the skill greatly or forfeit their ability to use anything else on their bar. There are midline support characters in this game for a reason.

You say that, but have you tried it? I ran Twinsoul's idea but with a Tank & SV Necro in Gate of Madness HM, and we completed it straight through with only 3 deaths (because the tank we picked up was freakishly retarded and tried to attack Shiro when he used Ripostes) and I not ONCE had any REAL energy management issues, especially when I had the backup Monk (whose a ZB variant of the build) run it. Now I'm not going to say I disagree with you about having a Paragon use it instead, it'll probably be much more beneficial, but, not many groups even accept Paragons nowadays, because of sheer hate and the "nerfing" (I still think they are great additions to ANY team) to there skills that make them invaluable. Like I said, I made this build for something to be different, and for Monks to use a different secondary utilizing a new skill.

TNTF is the hottest talk of the GW community. You can see a build using it in almost every campfire forum! So expect a nerf soon, or at least a switch to only primaries being able to use them

Leader's zeal is one of the weakest energy management skills used here, mainly because it takes away your points from divine favor. I'd rather take sig of devotion and bump divine favor to 12+1. Gives you an extra ~10 heal for all monk spells, as well as giving a nice signet heal. Much better than getting ~3 energy every 12 seconds. That way you get to take deny hexes to remove two hexes.
I know a lot of people have problems knowing how to use sig of devotion effectively as it takes 2 seconds to activate, so you might go with something else...
