Add a blacklist or bigger ignore list

Yeah, I found that I only get 10 slots for ignore? But there's so many scammers and jerks that I think we need a blacklist for. I mean you can put them on the blacklist and you know not to party with them or trade or whatever. It's better than putting them on the friendslist where you'd forget that they're bad. It's hard to keep track.
