There are many, but I haven't really used this type of build in a while, so I'll leave some of the other frequent posters in this section of the forums to their inevitable posting of their builds. In my limited experience with such builds (which dates back before Nightfall was released) I found that [skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill] and [skill]Escape[/skill] seemed to work pretty well with non-elite based dagger chains, but I know that there are many more combinations that are just as good if not better, especially with the release of Nightfall.

Sure.
13 Expertise(10+1+2 or 9+1+3), 12 Daggers, rest into wilderness and just use a regular shadow prison chain with LR in the place of BoA and other attacks in the place of the Critical ones.
EDIT:

the first build in that thread, but take out expose defenses or impale for LR(I took both out and put in Troll's also).
You can also use beast mastery+Tiger's Fury instead of LR.

pve variants.
13 expertise
12 dagger mastery
9 deadly arts
[skill]Assassin's Promise[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill][skill]Black Spider Strike[/skill][skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Black Lotus Strike[/skill][skill]Blades of Steel[/skill][skill]Impale[/skill]
if you wanted even more damage you can take signet of toxic shock in the last slot.
13 expertise or more
11-12 dagger mastery
(up to 9 ws)
(9 bm)
[skill]Jagged Strike[/skill][skill]Wild Strike[/skill][skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Moebius Strike[/skill][skill]Tiger's Fury[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill][skill]Throw Dirt[/skill]
in that one you'd probably want to replace tf or tf+lr with critical agility, taking malicious strike if you're worried it'll drop. I hear 25% ias is meant to be superior with ms-db to 33% ias, but that's not been my experience. The last 4 are IAS+fillers.
In end game outperforms assassins in terms of energy management or while under stuff like blurred vision, I prefer the r/a moebius to a/w and a/d moebius utilties and survivability as someone who uses both. Though critical agility makes a/d a lot more tempting.
the AP one should not be used in areas where hex removal is likely to be an issue.

Yes, contrary to popular belief you can make a R/A dagger build that kicks. To make a R/A build you want to make sure your taking advantage of threethings:
-Spammability. You must use a combo that sins cant possibly keep up energywise without sacrificing self defense. R/A's should lean more towards
DPS and pressure rather then an actual spike. SIn spike builds should be
done by primary sins.
-Rangers superior Armor ( Yes, 70+30 ele is FAR superior to just 70 )
-To accomplish the energy you want over 13 expertise at least, and zealous daggers. This makes you actually GAIN energy whenever you use a 5 cost dual attack, since it costs 2, you gain 2, and gain 1 more from the pips per second.
-Dont use Radient, use the +10 against physical or something along those lines.
-You generally want to either make Temple strike, Mobius strike, or escape your elite.
Thats being said, The following work well. Assume the 7th skill is res sig.
1)Mobius Dual Chainer:
[skill]Antidote signet[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill]Optional 1, Optional 2,[skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Moebius Strike[/skill][skill]Horns of the ox[/skill]
This is the one I use the most. The ability to chain Knockdown and Aoe constantly is great pressure, and the rangers added armor + evasion lets them stand in the middle
of a group of enemies to hit with blossom without draining the monks energy like a normal sin would. lightning reflexes + death blossom + mobius is rediculous dps on a group.
For the optional you can try a whole number of things, siphon speed+Black spider strike tend to do he job pretty well, you can also try leaping mantis + exhausting assualt ( Which is fun because you can drain a monk really quickly with exhausting + mobius ) Or jagged strike + Wild strike for increased spammability. To be honest I find this to be the best R/A build version so far.
And dont scoff at antidote signet. Its true that its not a great condition removal, but blind will stop your spamming dead in its tracks. Only remove it if you have a monk on your team.
2)The R/A temple strike:
I dont ussually use this, but it can be done and works pretty well.
[skill]lightning reflexes[/skill][skill]jagged strike[/skill][skill]temple strike[/skill][skill]wild strike[/skill][skill]death blossom[/skill]
The rest is pretty optional, but this build basically lets you daze them and then pressure them with a fast recharging chain ( Jaged-wild-DB recharges in 4 seconds and does about 180 damage.)
3) Escapist
[skill]Escape[/skill][skill]Leaping Mantis Sting[/skill][skill]wild strike[/skill][skill]Repeating Strike[/skill][skill]Death blossom[/skill][skill]impale[/skill]

wow thanks alot, this build works wonders, i took the one with ms, for the optionals i took jagged and wild strike. But ummm how do i get zealous daggers?
Evilsod
Yeah i would say focus on Critical Agility now instead of Reflexes. You get the armour bonus and it will last pretty much indefinatly unless it gets stripped. Plus it lets you use Enchantment based Lead/Offhands.

You doing PvP or PvE ? You nead a zealous dagger (Tang?) mod. in PvP simply unlock it for 1k faction at balthazar, in PvE spam chat till you get someone willing to sell it to you and be prepared to pay a cashload since zealous dagger mods are highly sought after.

Check Phools second build, I got OWNED by that once used by a ranger, the mobeus DB build is extreme...

My FA/AB PvP variant of that is
9+3+1 expertise (5e skills bp) 11 dm 6+1 bm (8 sec tf) 9+1 ws (6 sec ns, +8 tu) [skill]Leaping Mantis Sting[/skill][skill]Exhausting Assault[/skill][skill]Moebius Strike[/skill][skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Horns of the Ox[/skill][skill]Tiger's Fury[/skill][skill]Natural Stride[/skill][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill] I'll take KD spam and aoe over deep wound here. There was a build a while back called 'The Stance Master' - I used it and played various Assassins and had a lot of praise from them.
It revolved around 3 ranger stances being kept up constantly, rotating one after the other granting constant 75% chance to block. Fighting other assassins was a breeze coz they need their attacks to connect also, and other melee fighters just couldn't hit me also. Also you have the assassin skills to take down 'squishies.' As for the build, and the exact skills I used, I don't remember. Escape was the elite stance, aswell as lightning reflexes and Whirling defence. Now let me think of what order they were... ...at 16 expertise... Escape : 18 seconds - with 30 second recharge Lightning Reflexes : 11 seconds - with 30 second recharge Whirling Defence - 21 seconds - with 60 second recharge. So, activate Escape, then Lightning Reflexes, then Whirling Defence. At which time Escape will have recharged. So cast that at the end of Whirling Defence, then cast Lightning Reflexes again, back to Escape letting Whirling defence recharge fully. And so on. That should allow constant 75% evasion. Then of course you need some good sin attack chains. Sorry I can't remember if fully and with a lot of detail. I once used it lots but can't remember the skills and maths so well. Hope that gives you ideas anyway. Edit: Found a link - http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:R/A_Stance_Master The link shows it used for Ranger/Dervish but the original was Ranger/Assassin as I remember it, so it can be used! Then why not use Flashing Blades instead of Escape for the (almost) constant block? This will provide you 2 free skill slots, which makes you less limited for the rest of your build.
