I'm playing Nightfall and I'm in Kaineng Center. Where can I find Naga Pelts?

shingjea (factions starter) island from many different naga that haunt the place.
You can get there from the marketplace by going to the pier and talking to the npc, you then get to seitung harbor.

Specifically, the North-East shore of Shing Jea Island seems to be the best place to get Pelts.

I've never been to Kaineng Center in Nightfall, I always thought that was in Factions... ;P
