PC on not perf Fiery Gladius of Fortitude

I got this and thought, OMG ITS WORTH 80K
Then, i thought, but thats if its perfect =[
Anyway, its 15-21, req 9, +27 hp and has a Measure for Measure (highly salvageable) inscript

I was wondering is it worth much? Also, wud it be whorthwhile getting another inscript to put on to increase value? Thx in advance

A caster might buy it for 4-5k but I think you shouldn't waste time trying to sell and just merch it.
