I have not spent a lot of time looking into some of the other classes skills yet. I have only used the Necro and Ranger skills extensively so far.

Ranger seems to be greatly lacking. I suggest some minor changes to the 2 skills, hopefully to make them worth using.

Never Rampage Alone
I like that it requires a pet, to some degree. The name makes sense for having a pet, and Rangers can use a pet well, even if not fully speced for Beast Mastery. However, because this skill requires a pet, it is not that good as is. My view of this skill as worth taking is:

15 energy
20 second recharge

Skill. For 15-25 seconds, you and your pet attack 33% faster and have +3 health regeneration. For very 3 points in Expertise (love the idea of tying it to the primary attribute) your next 0-5 attacks cannot be blocked.

The 25 energy cost, and the 25% IAS boost just isn't enough, in my opinion.

Triple Shot

10 energy
10 second recharge
2 second cast time

Preparation. For the next 12 seconds, each attack skill you use fires 3 times as many arrows. Each arrow does 20-40% less damage (based on Expertise -40% at 0 Expertise, 20% at 14+ Expertise).

As a Preparation, it would not be used with Barrage for devastation, nor with Kindle/Ignite. Dual Shot could be used, which would fire 6 arrows at the target.

May not be the best ideas, but I think they need some changes. These were kinda spur of the moment thoughts of mine.

Please, make suggestions as to what you think would make them usable, without making them 'unfair'.

I haven't had a chance to try these yet, but my initial thought about Triple Shot was not that it was lacking - rather that it was massively powerful.

I'm thinking of Ritualist weapon spells - Nightmare Weapon will hit for up to 126 life-stealing, or 159 if you are a primary Ritualist. That's one MIGHTY armour-ignoring bow attack! With Splinter weapon, you could do some pretty nasty mob-damage - not as much as with Barrage, but then it's not taking your Elite slot either.

Preparations, conjures and spirits will make Triple Shot deal a LOT of damage in one shot too. Like I said, I haven't tried it out yet, but on paper it already looks like a great skill to me - maybe even overpowered.
