I didn't get any. I played like I normally do instead of farming low level areas and pre ascalon, that may have something to do with it.

I got 1 Black, lot of oranges and yellow, handful of red. 1 time a mob drop 4 oranges in one go.

I got ONE dye all weekend... and it was yellow. Didn't really seem like a triple drop weekend to me. Oh well...

12 zones vanquished and I found 4 dyes (brown, 2x red, yellow).
I received more lockpicks than dyes. I even picked up 6 different greens. I just didnt have much luck with the dyes.

I was actually looking forward to the triple drop weekend because I have a sickness — I love hoarding everything. I have about 50 of each dye color, except black, white, and brown. I also played a lot more this past weekend than I normally do, doing missions and quests mainly. Out of all that, I got 3 friggin dyes...yellow, purple, and blue. Wth?

I was exploring Tyria in NM for about 6 hours this weekend.
Started a new character in Cantha, played for 2 hours.
Started a new character in Elona, played 3 hours.
Got me 1 silver, 1 blue, 3 yellow, 2 orange and 2 brown dyes.

I got 11 in one hour. 3 browns and no black or white, but it was definitely improved. Noob Isle was prosperous, I just didn't have the time to make a big score.
