Is it possible to complete all Prophecies missions with a Factions character?? I've already got someone that will run me to Ascalon.

Indeed it is possible to complete all proph missions with a factions character; its a tad more difficult because you have less guidance from the AI but check wiki if you get lost...or turn to someone more experienced.
