Yes 4 those of u who rlly have no life other than to try and chack how many posts other ppl have so that u can call them a noob.....THIS IS MY 1ST POST. But im not a noob. im currently sitting with 617k and in serious need of ectoplasm. i dont want to use my money up buying them, and they hardly drop at all in FoW even when i go solo, and plus all those freaking monsters crawling around maul you b4 u even have a chance to solo farm.(I did it for an hour and only got 1 ecto) So what i was wondering was.........does anyone know of a good place to farm for ecto other then FoW? If u do....that would be great and ty 8D




And by the way....why do ppl worry so much about nerfing? doesnt everyone have their own PRIVATE copy of the map? Or is it b/c the more ppl that get the item the less rare it will become and the more it will decrease in value?

They are considered a rare drop so even solo farming doesn't help a lot.

Sorry Tsu, I just noticed the closed thread.

That's because only one creature drops them in FoW (Fissure of Woe) and those are the Banshees in the forest of the Wailing Lord. There's only a few of them so you'll be very lucky to get any drops from them

Underworld is the most common place to get Ectos.

Let me remedy the situation and close this thread, before it too becomes a flamefeast like the other thread did. Closing as this is a dupe thread, and unfortunately will likely invite flames like the other thread.
