Just bought from PlayNC, worried

Hiya,

I'm new to this site as well as guild wars but I seem to have come accross a problem. I have just bought Prophecies from PlayNC. Now before I bought it I had an account which I had been using trial keys on, so I used the new Phrophecies key on the account also. Now when I log into my PlayNC account it says I have 1 unused key, as I was not aware that I had to create a new account with PlayNC and then use the key. So is it going to matter that this key stays unused on my PlayNC account even though iv'e aready used it on my other trial account? Sorry if this sounds confusing but i'm just a bit worried about it.

Thanks

OK, by any chance have you linked your key to your trial account? If not, that may explain the key being "unused".

How do I link it to my trial account?

Having never used a trial of GW myself, I'll refer you to what the Guild Wars Support site says:

Quote:
If you wish to continue accessing your trial account after your trial time has expired, you will need to activate the trial account with a retail serial code and a valid payment method .

If I read the original poster correctly, he has already put the 'retail key' he got from PlayNC into his 'trial account'. He didn't state whether or not the trial account was now 'active' and he can play Prophecies, but I assume so since he didn't say it wasn't.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it if all that happens is PlayNC says you have an unused key.
