Explaination of Regeneration

Can somebody please explain to me health and energy regeneration? i forget if its like 1 point per second for every 2 arrows, or if thats wrong, or if its different for health and energy...

Health regeneration is two health per one second.
Energy regeneration is one energy every three seconds.

Each pip (arrow) of health regen/degen is equivalent to 2 health a second.
Each pip of energy regen/degen is equivalent to 1/3 energy a second (3 pips of energy regen = 1 energy a second)

I just talked to a guy who said that 1 health pip = 3 health/second...whadafuxup?

It's two/second for health; 1/3 per second for energy. That guy was wrong. Read post #2 and #3 again and have fun.
