Ok...i know how all of us have experienced that moment.....where we all wish we had a diffrent spell in our build...only to find out that we cant eqip it. Well i have a solution:
Substitution Signet
Energy-???
Casting Time-10 seconds
Recharge Time- Can only be used once. Can be recharged at outpost or town.
Description- Target is able to remove one spell from thier current skills list, and it is replaced with a random one from the attribute category of your choice. This spell uses 65% of your maximum energy(must have at least 80% energy to use) and 40% of your maximum health. Can be recharged at outpost or town. This spell is easilly interuppted.

This is a Bypass of one of the basic GW rules: You go out with a skilbar, you only change it in outposts.
I would a gree with one skill that turns randomly into another of the highest attribute you have, thought.

theres actually a skill like this that doesnt take up a slot, its called Preperation - a skill everyone should master. In PvE theres no excuse
