All Sunspear Skills on a single Char?

i want all of the sunspear skills for a character of mine and i only have 3 hero skill points left... is there any way to get more hero skill pts? Note: i have a maxed out Sunspear title already...

You can buy Hero Skill points from the Hero Skill Trainer for 1k and one skill point.
