PC on Req 9 Shadow Blade

I received a Gold Shadow Blade from a Chest Run, and it is a Crippling Shadow Blade of Swordsmanship. I think the requirement of 9 helps alot, and I was wondering how much it would sell for.

15-22 (Requires 9 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (While health is above 50%)
Lengthens Crippled duration by 33% (stacking)
Swordsmanship +1 (19% chance while using skills)

Great sword. While it is basically perfect, not many people treasure the skin. 15-25k would be what to shoot for.
