Critical Agility Bugged or Nerfed?

Ok, so I am sure you all know that they adjusted critical agility to be less useful to non primary sins, I have no problem with that, however, now when the skill "renews" every crit, it's only for the 4 sec?! it used to be a straight 11 sec for my sin with his rank in sunspear, and now it's 4 sec + my critical strikes (13) so total of 17 however, it doesn't renew for 17 sec, it only renews for 4 sec .. I really hope this is a bug and not the *fix*

i think its a bug too... i even tested and made a videl last night.
was using 13 critical, crit eye + elite that gives +33% to critical if enchanted, crit strike + wild blow to get highest chance to get a crit hit
and put both agility and defences up to compare... in about 10 mins of attacking dummies, i didnt have to reapply crit defences, but had to reapply crit agility a few times

good to hear that gaile said its a bug .. any idea when it's going to be fixed? I hope it doesn't take as long as sharpen daggers to fix lol
