Ride the lightning question

I read in the update notes that the damage was increased and recharge lowered. The recharge is correct but the damage is still what it previously was. Did some of the skills get changed back already, because I thought they were going to evaluate them all this week. Just curious, thanks for answer.

No, they should all still have their changed stats. You should take a screenshot and post this in the bug forum.

You know that ride the lightning has 25% armor penetration? I think you can test it with no armor on, although I'm really not sure. How much damage is it doing now?

Not quite what I ment, the skill is still set to its old damage, see screen above.
The notes said that it was boosted to 10-100 damage, originally it was 10-82.

I believe A.Net balances on a 0-15 scale, instead of a 0-12. It seems they change it around a lot though. Does the skill actually do 82 damage?

originally it was something like 10-60 on the 1-15 scale. Now it matches the damage from Lightning Orb, so it's right. On the 1-15 scale it is indeed 10-100

alright thanks and sorry for such a noob question, I could have sworn that it has been scaled on 1-12 but o well.
