Character stuck on guild hall that doesnt exist anymore

My warrior was on guild hall when I disbanded guild with my ranger.
Now I can't play with my warrior anymore, it says Guild Wars was unable to complete operation. Please try again in few minutes. (Code=13)
This has happened for a day now, always code=13 when I try to play with my warrior. Other characters work just fine. P.S. Warrior has obsidian armors.

Could always try reinstalling guild wars, but I would also let playNC support know about the issue.

I am getting the same error as well with one of my characters. All of my characters are located at the Guild Hall, but this one is currently on Imperial Isle.

Anet should be fixing this bug soon. Too many people are having this problem.

Im getting the same issue I'm not sure what causes it but I hope Anet Fixes it soon.

I submitted a ticket, and after a few rounds of sharing info, I got an update saying the issue should be resolved -- and it was! They fixed it very efficiently and professionally.
If the devs were HALF as good as support, the tone in riverside inn would be quite different.

Glad to hear it worked out for everyone in the end. Closing the thread for now, as there was really nothing anyone could do outside of Anet except to send a ticket.
