this is so weird, please help

I have 5 characters: 2 nightfall, 2 factions, 1 proph.

The problem is when i try to use one of my faction born chars(the assassin) I get a Code 013 error: "Guild wars was unable to complete the operation. Please try again in a few moments". The rest of my chars work just fine. Last time I played AB with my sin.

Please tell me how to fix this.

I would imagine that there will be an update shortly since alot of peeps are getting Error 13's
