PC gold long sword non-inscribable

As the title says:

Zealous Long Sword of Enchanting
Slashing Dmg:15-22 (Requires 11 Swordsmanship)
Damage+15% (while Health is above 50%)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration -1
Enchantments last 20% longer

any clue?

The req kills it, 10-15k imo.

I sold a q10 long sword for 9k a few weeks ago. Nobody would buy it for 15k, then 12k, then I settled for 9k.

Your mods are much better than mine were though, but yours is q11.
