Sell to merchant?

I am sure this might be a fairly stupid question , but:

I have a whole bunch of non-perfect upgrades and inscriptions. Should I just sell them to a merchant? I wanted to ask first before I spent the time trying to get PC.

non perfects are merch food most of the time yea, you can see some1 wanting to buy +29hps and 20/19 for tiny prices but its very rare and isnt really worth keeping one around for.

Yea merch or give away cuz they are only worth 25g anyway not even worth merching XD
