Signet Madness: finding a use for fast cast signets

In my lame attempt to try to find a use for the Fast casting's 2% decrease in signet cast time:

Mesmer/Paragon
Level: 20

Fast Casting: 9 (8+1)
Inspiration Magic: 15 (11+4)
Motivation: 11

- Mantra of Inscriptions (Inspiration Magic)
- Leech Signet (Inspiration Magic)
- Signet of Humility (Inspiration Magic)
- Signet of Synergy (Motivation)
- Remedy Signet (Paragon Other)
- Cautery Signet [Elite] (Paragon Other)
- Signet of Disenchantment (Mesmer other)
- Signet of Return (Leadership)

50% reduction in all signet recharge...

The best part is you can get shut down by Rust and Ignorance. Wonderful isn't it? >_>

P.S. Symbolic Posture, Symbolic Celerity, Symbols of Inspiration [Elite], Keystone Signet [Elite] are all pretty useless.

Then it hit me! You don't really need a whole bar to make it useful...

In short, I haven't really found a use for the signet cast time other than Signet of Humility...which isn't useful in PvE.

Signet builds just aren't that great

Yeh but the Hex Eater signet buff looks VERY nice...

Signet of Judgement+smiting skills+insp interrupts.
Might make a surprisingly decent caster with symbolic celerity.
