Shame it's modded so well because the skin has become very common and unpopular due to the hotsprings farm. You might still get 10-15k for it but if that doesn't work try salvaging both upgrades and selling those for 5k each.

Okay so if getting this straight this is worth basically nothing 10 - 15k. and this other one another guy posted is worth what 5k?

That's right his bow is worth 5k, nowhere close to what it was pced at (pff 80-90k?)
